From your first task
to a smoother workday.

No new vocabulary to learn first. Find what you are trying to do, and take the next step.

01 Get started

  1. Pick a concrete task. Prepare Friday’s review or plan a launch—not “handle all my work.”
  2. Add the outcome and context. Include the deadline, the result you need, and the relevant files.
  3. Review the direction. Check what WorPar has identified, then continue from a board card.
Should I chat or create a project?

Use chat for a quick question. Use a project for ongoing work with several files or conversations. It gives the goal, context, and decisions one place to live.

Should I choose cloud or local?

Cloud tasks run without your computer staying on. Local tasks require the relevant computer to be online and are useful for its files and tools. Choose based on what the task needs to access.

02 Projects & boards

How big should a project be?

Use one clear goal, such as “October product launch” or “Weekly team review.” Keep related files and conversations together rather than creating a new project for every question.

How do I create or refresh a board?

Add your goal and relevant files to the project, then use Build board. On an existing board, choose Update now to request a refresh. Check task status while it runs; repeated clicks will not make it faster.

What does “Your input needed” mean?

These cards collect decisions or missing information. Open the card, review the context, and choose a direction or add the missing details. Check AI suggestions against the real situation.

Does closing a conversation tab delete it?

No. Closing a tab only closes the view. Reopen the conversation from the history control at the top right of the project. Archiving is a separate action.

03 Scheduled tasks

What should I put on a schedule?

Recurring work with a clear outcome, such as a weekly project review. Specify the brief, time, and project. Check permissions and scope before tasks send messages or change files.

How do I edit, pause, or run a task now?

Find the task card in Scheduled tasks. Use Edit to change the brief or timing, and the switch to pause or resume. Run now starts a run; Details & history shows what happened.

Why is there no result at the expected time?

Check whether the task is enabled, then check its time, time zone, and run history. A local task needs its computer online. A connected app needs valid authorization. The run’s error message can help identify the issue.

04 Plugins & access

Does installing a plugin grant access to all my app data?

No. Some plugins need an account connection and authorization. Read the plugin details, then review requested access before connecting.

What if a connection fails or authorization expires?

Check its status and follow the connection prompt if needed. Never paste passwords, verification codes, or access keys into a conversation, support message, or screenshot.

Does all my data stay on my device?

Not necessarily. Cloud tasks and online AI services may send relevant content to servers for processing. Even in a local workspace, review the selected service, tool permissions, and data destination.

05 Plans & account

Where can I review or upgrade my plan?

Open Upgrade plan / View plan in the app to see your plan, price, and allowance. Use the pricing page to compare published tiers.

Are credits the same as messages?

No. Usage depends on the capabilities and work a task needs. Chat and work share credits. Your allowances and actual usage show in the app.

What should I include in a support request?

Include the time, operating system, app version, steps you took, expected outcome, and actual result. Remove personal details from screenshots. The contact page helps you prepare a clear report.

Still stuck?

A clear description of what happened is the best starting point.
